 "ทุกการเคลื่อนไหวบนพื้นที่สูง" อ่าน หนังสือพิมพ์ฟ้าดอย  วิสัยทัศน์ที่หนังสือพิมพ์ฉบับบแรกของคนชนเผ่าอ่าข่า กลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ที่อาศัยอยู่ในจังหวัดเชียงรายเป็นอันดับหนึ่ง ที่ได้มีการจดแจ้งและรับอนุมัติ การทำงานด้านสื่อสารโดยการจัดตั้ง "หนังสือพิมพ์ฟ้าดอย"เมื่อ 23 มิถุนายน 2546 โดยมีเจ้าของ และบรรณาธิการบริหารโดย นายไกรสิทธิ์ สิทธิโชดก หรือตามภาษาอ่าข่ามีชื่อเรียกว่า "อาทู่  ปอแฉ่" ปัจจุบันได้มีการพัฒนาไปสู่มิติการสื่อสารที่ใช้ออนไลน์ Online สร้างเป็นแพลตฟอร์ม Platform โดยใช้ Line  Feacbook ขับเคลื่อนการเผยแพร่ประชาสัมพันธ์อย่างกว้างขวางกันแล้ว ซึ่งสื่อฉบับดังกล่าวมิได้มีเพียงการเผยแพร่อย่างเดียวแต่ทำหน้าที่ ผลิตสนับสนุนการทำสื่อชาวเขา เพื่อสร้างความรู้และการพัฒนามายาวนาน 18 ปีแล้ว..
